When The Lord's Place needed to communicate the scope and impact of their work, breaking the cycle of homelessness in Palm Beach County, we developed a series of short-form videos that put real stories at the center. Rather than relying on statistics alone, we spent time with program participants and staff to capture authentic moments that illustrated the organization's comprehensive approach from emergency shelter to permanent housing, from crisis intervention to long-term support.
The resulting videos combined intimate interviews with observational footage, creating content that honored the dignity of everyone involved while clearly demonstrating why this work matters. These pieces were used across fundraising campaigns, social media, and donor presentations, helping the organization articulate their mission in a way that resonated emotionally while remaining grounded in their actual day-to-day impact.
